Scammer contacted craigslist seller and asked if seller could ship to zip code and provide phone number to communicate via text. Since zip code relatively close to seller, seller agreed and provided mobile number. Scammer agreed to seller's terms of providing confirmation of Venmo payment for sold item before actually shipping the item. After texting actual price of shipping cost to zip code, and agreeing to the total amount, ignoring seller's request for Venmo payment and full address, scammer then asked seller to purchase and ship or email $350 in iTunes gift card and/or codes. When seller refused, scammer stated they were no longer interested in the purchase.
