Fake flower shop promising quick delivery. Immediately called to cancel the order, but they still charged. They then sent a couple fake "refund initiated" emails. Information lost was name, address and credit card info for myself and name/shipping address where flowers were being delivered.

I ordered a flower arrangement on May 17, 2023 to be delivered the same day. I received an e-mail that evening stating they cancelled the order because the flowers were out of stock. They did not try to contact me at all to see if I wanted to make another selection. I called them when I received the notice, but the number I called immediately answered and hung up. I called again, and actually talked to a gentleman stating he would have the manager call me. I got an e-mail from a customer service representative stating they would refund the money within 5 days. I also received an e-mail showing a refund had been made to my account, but no refund has been received. I called again about the account, and they stated a refund would be made within 24 hours, but it it now May 30 (14 days) since the original purchase and I still have not received a refund to my account.

I have since noticed other on-line reviews complaining of similar issues.

I ordered a Sympathy plant for my sister in law who lives in another state , She just lost her mother , I found the web site I ordered and they scammed me for 65.00 apparently even if you fight for a refund they will give you the run around , Basically you'll never see the money back I am so upset over this I wish I had found the Trust Pilot complaints before I ordered

My husband ordered flowers for his mother for Mother's Day through the website on May 10, 2023. He immediately got an email saying that they cancelled the order because the local florist couldn't find the flowers and our money would be refunded. They said it would be within a few days and it's been 16 days. We became concerned about it being a scam website and sure enough there are dozens of other people who have had the exact same thing happen. Please shut this company down!

I received an email that my order has been canceled and I will receive a refund. I have not received a refund and when I called they hung up on me and blocked my phone number. I called from another line and it went through and they hung up on me again and blocked that number

On May 19, 2023, I ordered flowers for my cousin’s funeral. I found the company online since we are in a different state from the funeral. They told me that they would make sure the order was delivered to the church on the morning of the funeral. The order was placed, payment made. The day of the funeral, I received an email stated the order was canceled because the florist did not have the specific plant that I requested ( peace lily). They did not call to request options just canceled the order. I still have not received the refund although the company states that they have returned the refund. According to the bank, no request to refund is pending. I did a FB search and I see that this is normal for this company to take money and then not deliver. I am beyond angry as I am currently on sick leave and only receiving 60% of my pay. I don’t have monies to be thrown away.

I got a google add when I was looking for flowers, they took all my information and were going to send them to my mother in Michigan.

I got an email that they canceled my order and found a bunch of reviews that it is a scam. The number is now disconnected.

I ordered flowers for a dear friend who was in the hospital online and paid by debit card at 9:00 am on 16 April 2023, at 2:00 pm I was sent a email cancellation also showing that the money had already been returned, no explanation or anything. Today is 10 May 2023 and I still have not received my money in my bank account. My bank has been trying to get the funds back for 2 weeks now unsuccessfully. These people are criminals don’t use them.

I ordered flowers for my Aunts memorial service to be delivered to the funeral home in MN. Never received a confirmation email after placing order. I called Rogers florist the day of the service and could not get anyone to answer, first red flag. Then I sent email to the company, only to get a response from the company that the flowers could not be delivered, and a credit would be issued. Still waiting on credit!!!

I placed an order for a flower delivery. I paid extra for same day delivery. This website advertises that they can deliver anywhere in the country. I placed this order online on the morning of March 31st, 2023. I never received any confirmation of a receipt or delivery confirmation. I sent an email on the evening of March 31st, I received a response on April 1st, 2023 that stated the company was unable to make a delivery to the listed address and that a full refund would be issued within 1-2 days. It has now been almost three weeks with no refund issued. I also have attempted contact three times since April 1st with no response.

Advertise on Google coming up as local florist. Never send confirmation email. Chat feature doesn't work. Does not deliver order. Phone does not go through. Email to customer service gets auto reply that business is closed. Receive reply next day that order undeliverable and refund will be issued in 1-2 days. Refund never issued and business never replies to additional email communication.

I ordered flowers online (they advertised that they deliver to the area). When I realized that the flowers never got delivered, I contacted them and then they told me the location was too far away to deliver to! By then they had credited my account and have my money. They told me that a refund was made and that I should see it back in my account in 1-2 days. It has been a week and still no refund. When I again contacted them, I got no reply. I lost $62.

I ordered flowers from Roger Florist via website on or about March 2, 2023. Paid $61.50 via Visa for delivery to Portland, ME. No flowers were delivered. Tried to call the number that was associated with the charge and was told to send an email, and then they hung up. Since March 20, I have been contacting them regularly - nearly every day - with an email. I've received replies from Customer Service representatives, even a "manager" - they have claimed to have refunded my account but the "receipt" they show is for $66.85, and this amount has not been refunded to my account. They do not answer their phones and they no longer respond to my emails. I have an email where they have admitted that the flowers were not delivered.

They take your money you get this email and you do not get a refund:

You purchased from us a very little while ago so we wanted to respond to you almost immediately so you can have a chance to go search for another flower service.

We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 1 or 2 days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank.

I looked up Dothan, AL florists to send flowers to my friends fathers funeral. I called and talked at length with someone getting opinion when should have them delivered since service was at 10 am . They suggested delivering day before to church late afternoon. Told them what To put on a card.. The charge did go through but they never got the flowers . I realized never got the confirmation email . When first gave card it got flagged by my bank but I said ok to go thru because I thought I was on phone with a florist. It’s very sad that there people out there taking money for someone’s funeral flowers to a church! I felt bad I could not be at funeral , so I was feeling good I had picked out a nice arrangement and even went in with another couple . So they paid me half. Now I feel bad messed them up too . How does this company have so many complaints but they are still getting away with this ?? Why can’t they be stopped ? To take advantage of people grieving is about as low down as you can go . Realized it was a scam when started looking up .

Scam floral company accepts order, charges card, sends email saying delivery not possible, and then does not issue refund. This company has COUNTLESS similar complaints that I wish I had seen before ordering -- why are they still allowed to conduct business?
