I ordered product and contacted to return the day received. It was not as expected. I did not hear back for days so I called and got return information. Paid for product to be returned and expected a full refund, based on their customer service saying so. Did not get the refund. Was placed on a repeat order and another charge was applied to my account. I called immediately and demanded ANOTHER refund. Claim to have set the process to refund original and 2nd charge. No refunds have posted.
