Yes, they are a fraud! Very deceptive practices. I order 1 bottle for $6+ they said it wasn't a trial size but a one time special. Later they charge my account two separate times for $99.82 + $99.84 under two different company names! EYG Health Store and GETCEGHealth.com! Had to do research to find out that they are connected to Prime Nature and had my bank deal with it since its been 4 month since they promise to refund and nothing! Fast forward checking January's 2022 bank statement I noticed a charge of $12.49 that was not familiar and called my bank the charge was from GetSVSWellness.com. I've never heard of them, and they only provided the bank with a partial phone number. Put with some further research found out that they are listed as "SVS Wellness" online and was able to get the complete number 855-579-8242. They claimed their company and product is a "add on" Ebook that is part of some fine print agreement when someone orders from Prime Nature. Can you believe the nerve of these people freely selling your credit card info out to other companies! Who knows what other charges and factious company names will be next. Your only choice is to notify your bank and cancel your credit card and look out for names listed here and any other charges that doesn't ring a bell. They are slick, the amount they charge can be subtle and meant to throw you off like the $12.49 or the 84 cents. So beware and stay away from Prime Nature and other online to good to be true "special offers". If you did call your bank and cancel your credit card! If not the charges will just keep happening without your knowledge!

I also fell for the scam and called them immediately , after talking with someone from Indonesia I was refunded half of my money. I failed to notice that a monthly charge for 12.49 continued for several months under a different name. I thought it was my monthly security bill until I received a new bill from my security company. I tried to recoup my losses with no success.

I saw the product Prime Natural CBD Oil as a sidebar ad on Facebook, claiming "Michael J Fox Asks for Prayer". When I clicked on it (I should have noticed that my McAfee Web Advisor popped up, labeling this site as "Suspicious"), I discovered that Fox has become "CEO" of Prime Nature CBD Oil, and that pharmaceutical companies with whom he's been contracted are "outraged" at his turning against them and investing in this company, and giving away "free trials" of the product. He even has endorsements from several celebrities, including John Krasinsky. I clicked on the "free trial" button, and it informed me that all I'd have to pay is the $6 shipping to receive my free bottle. Skeptic that I am, I decided to look on the internet for reviews. I LAUGHED OUT LOUD when I discovered that Samuel L Jackson was ALSO CEO of Prime Nature CBD Oil, and amazingly he said the same exact things, word for word, about his defense of his investment as Michael J Fox had! And the same pharmaceutical companies said the same exact things in "outrage" over his turning on them. Wait, THERE'S MORE! Sam Jackson's ad ALSO had celeb endorsements, this time from Celine Dion, Tom Hanks, and Shaquille O'Neill. AMAZINGLY, these three endorsers said the SAME EXACT THINGS, word for word, that Michael J Fox' celeb endorsers said! I decided this is not just a coincidence, but EVIDENCE OF FRAUDULENT REPRESENTATION. I can't trust the CBD Oil company, and I urge these celebs to sue the company for exploiting their fame to try to trick social media users around the world to buy in to their product.

It turns out that if you give your credit card info for the "$6 shipping charge", you've actually initiated a regular shipment of the product at regular prices (between $80 and $120 per month!), and I'm reading other reviews saying that the product never even came in some instances, even though the charges continued! BUYER BEWARE! CLICKER BEWARE! Michael J Fox and Samuel L Jackson, BEWARE!

I'm in the middle of that same issue and amounts. I ordered June 29 and I am cancelling before my trial period ends this week, however, after emailing, they say I need to either mail the product back (not previously mentioned), or they'll give me a discounted price (almost $20 for each product). I don't think they'll receive the return in time to not get charged automatically, so will just have to pay for the discounted month's "free" trial period. Evidently, not FREE, just a lame, very short trial period that started the day of the order. There's only a few days left to try it before having to cancel! Unfortunately It's probably too late for you since you ordered in May, but I hope you cancelled any further (automatic) shipments! Always read the fine print~ however, they still find a way to charge more one way or another!

Call your bank and report to the BBB.

I was so hesitant to order this product but decided to try it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They are scammers and should be taking down. The ad said FREE TRIAL just pay shipping and handling. When I called to cancel they said I had to pay for it and that there was no free trial.

My debit credit card was charged for $253.83 for products I never ordered. The company goes by Prime natural CBD, Organic and pure goods. They sent a tracking Number to my bank which i researched and both UPS and US post Service do not have. If they sent a package I would have returned to sender and the tracking number would be the same.

Prime Natural offered a free bottle of CBD Oil. for postage and handling I gave them my credit card for charge of shipping. A ad came up" claim free jar of CBD cream " just pay shipping. A few weeks later I had an email alert from my credit asking if I approved these charges. I told cc agent I most certainly did not. I called cc to inquire about the bill I was connected with a Prime Natural agent. I explained to them I did not order anything except shipping for the free bottle and jar. Agent said " there isn`t anything free." I asked then why did your ad say Claim your free bottle. She said she couldn't help me, and hung up. This is no trial of the stuff this was advertised as a free bottle CBD Oil and a jar of CBD Cream. Its been 3 months I have been dealing with these SCAMMERS . If you don't want a headache best not to fool with these thieving folks. Ive been trying to find the original ad that I clicked on, with out success here are the bottle and jar.. I lost a total of 218.00 to two different chargers when I was on only one link.

I tries their 'sample' introductory bottle and didn't notice any relief so I stopped after the first bottle. Today I get another bottle with a $118.88 invoice that they charged my 'introductory offer' credit card saying that I signed an agreement to get monthly shipments (for a product that doesn't work). They still charged my account 20% to keep the bottle but this is complete bull[censored]. I wish I saw all these reviews b
efore getting suckered into this place!

I bought their intro bottle for shipping and handling price only. Within 3 weeks they had charged to items I did not order amounting to nearly $300.00 These people are scammers. When I stayed on hold forever trying to contact them a recording said customer service would contact me. Some guy from the sales department contacted me and hung up when he realized I wanted them to fix this situation. These are scammers. They are thieves. Do Not Give Them Any Information. They will Steal From You. Jim Elliott submitted

I ordered their 2 products the oil and the cream. They said I only had to pay shipping. After they sent it, they FRAUDULENTLY charged over $200+ on my card! My bank is disputing it. There was NEVER anything written about a recurring charge.

I was on Facebook and I saw an ad that said Dr Phil recommends this cbd . free bottle just pay shipping. So I ordered one 300 mg bottle and also a 4 oz creme . I wanted to find its website so I could order more if I wanted to. I found where others were charged high fees and they were signed up for a 29.99 monthly fee for something. I am disabled and I can't afford extra charges. This is a scam . This company is fraudulently charging people for things that they never signed up for..
Please investigate them. Thank you

contacted via text, masked as being an amazon.com survey, amazon confirms this is a scam and not associated with them. said the CBD oil was a free gift for completing survery, just pay shipping. 14 days later my bank card was charged $118.88. contacted the number listed on back statement, call center which says I agreed to a 14 day free trial and then a subscription to the product. never saw that info. anywhere. would not allow me to return the product for a refund, would not allow me to speak to a manager. below is a photo of the product.

Marketing CBD oil with deception, saying FREE trial and cancel anytime. However, once you accept and order, you are charged $188.88 for a small bottle of CBD oil. When you try to cancel what they call a subscription, you cant get through to them. Get put into a que with a number like 33 ahead of you. You wait up to a half hour and then their system hangs up on you. They only give you a few days to call and cancel and they say you cant cancel subscription until you pay for the FREE sample that they sent.

Email appeared to come from Costco. Linked to a survey that promised a $50 Costco gift card for completing an online survey. "Free" ( not including shipping charge) sample of CBD oil sent along with unasked for "Free" (with another shipping charge) sample of CBD cream. Then of course new charges for further shipments automatically start showing up on my credit card. Calling them did nothing to resolve the issue. Had to cancel my credit card.

This business REFUSES to Stop auto-payments EVEN when a person is well within the "free trial" time limit. They say: "You have to PAY the auto-pay BEFORE we can STOP the auto-payments! This is crazy. Also they added a product to my order which I did NOT order as part of the "free trial" for which I had to pay an additional $4.95 shipping.
