Rankern.com employment scam Reports & Reviews (1)

Late last week, I received an email about a job offer for a local Hub specialist from someone named Saeed. They connected me with a supervisor named Karen Barrow/Dana Navarro who gave me the details of the remote job, signing up for a site to receive packages and a contract to sign which detailed the equipment I would need, expenses that might be accrued, and the end of the month salary. After reviewing the contract, it seemed legitimate and I electronically signed it. She then sent me information on what was to be expected of me on my first day, including a lot of information about the specifics of the job. After waiting for 3 hours on the first day I was supposed to receive as supposedly denoted by the package ID on the Cluster CRM site, I checked with the ScamPulse.com and the person I spoke to said it was a scam to get money out of me. Thankfully I have not lost any money yet as far as I know, but I feel really stupid for falling for such a trick. Don't be like me. Check your sources first if it seems sketchy. Remote jobs tend to be.
