Ordered two masks in May when publicity read approx 3 wks delivery, yet I saw as I placed my order that the delivery time was expected to be up to six weeks. Tagged my calendar to look for package. Received notice of reaching PO and then no movement, but it was still under 6 weeks. I received my two masks right at the five-six week mark. I have just ordered two more. I find the fit excellent, snug and secure, and especially kile the pocket so I can add a goffee filter as I like to do. Happy with product and service was as expected.

Ordered two masks on May 15, 2020. Received an email saying my shipment was on the way with a USPS tracking number on June 8, 2020. No movement at all on USPS tracking website. Said that a label was created, but still waiting on product. E-mailed Rendall Co customer service on June 17, 2020. They replied that USPS must be behind and hadn't scanned my package yet. Sent a follow up email on June 22, 2020 to CEO of Rendall Co asking to cancel my order and for a refund of the $38 they deducted from my credit card since I have not received anything for my money. Told her that I believed it was a scam and I did not believe that USPS had my package for two weeks and had not scanned it. Received an e-mail back saying they weren't 100% sure what was going on with my order, but she would look into it and that it was difficult to cancel the order since it was in "transit."

Believe this is a scam. They cannot fulfill all the orders they have so they are making shipping labels before they have the product so the customer cannot get their money back. It is July 4, 2020 and I haven't heard any updates from my complaints, I have not received the masks, and the USPS status has not change at all since June 8, 2020 (pre-shipment....waiting on product).

Ordered PPE masks post review of company in several periodicals. Ordered placed April 28. Paid 38 dollars via credit card transaction,Administered via PayPal, at time of purchase. Received confirmation email with company order # 15832 and USPS tracking number 9400111899562009066992 on May 14th. Status at USPS shows as “pre shipment, label created”...it has not changed as of today, June 25th. I have contacted the company several times, including an email discussion with Deirdra Jones, [email protected], supposedly the CEO of the company, with assurances that all will be well. To date no masks and no money. I have also requested cancellation and refund without resolution.

I believe this is a scam.
