Before ordering (in April), I inquired about the item I was considering and received an email back. Then, on 6/27/23, I ordered the dress I had been considering. The dress I ordered said "Production time: 25-28 days, no rush orders please." (https://www.retro-fairy.com/collections/prom-dress/products/copy-of-handmade-fa...⇄ I then thought better of it, given the time frame that I would need these dress and to determine whether it would fit me, so I immediately emailed to say I wanted to cancel the order. I was then told, by email, that I could not cancel but I could return. I received the item on Saturday, July 16, 2023 and immediately determined that the dress did not fit; I was surprised it came so fast, given that it was supposed to be a preorder. I emailed Retro Fairy on 7/18, 7/19 and 7/20 about returning the address. After at least 4 emails they gave me an address to return it to (5th floor, Building F6, Juyin Science and Technology Industrial Zone, No. 1 Ganli Road, Jihua Street, Buji New District, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China Recipient: Qiongfeng Yu +86 13632957523.). Retro Fairy specifically said to send them the tracking. I packaged the dress for shipping and brought it to the place I used for shipping, which offers every shipping option possible. I was then told that no tracking is available and that the shipping would likely cost more than the dress, and that I should contact the seller for a US address. There is a US address on the package they sent to me (see above) so I emailed them again and they continued to insist I use the China address. There is nothing on their website to even indicate that they are located in China. Furthermore, on my credit card statement, they are listed as being in Toronto, Canada. I told the seller that I want to ship to a US address and get a refund, and that otherwise I would contact my credit card to dispute the charge and that I would leave negative reviews. I received no further response. I think the phone number is 86 13632957523. but I am not sure.
