DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! This company is a total fraud! They not only scam you & send junk products but DO NOT honor their "return policy". I told them I didn't care how much it would cost me to return the crap boots they sent me because I wanted a full refund. They wouldn't even give me an address to send them back to & kept offering a gift card ranging from $5-$8 before they stopped responding all together. Do not give these scammers your hard earned money!

I ordered a pair of boots from rollychic.com and not only did it take 2 months to receive the package but when I opened it the boots inside were nothing like the online image. The style, design, material and quality were a completely different product. The boots looked like a thin cheap vinyl bag glued to a rubber base that wasn't even the shape of the heel ordered. This company is a total scam. I emailed the seller and included a photo of what was sent asking for a full refund and got the runaround from them. They said they liked the picture! If they like it they can have it back!!! It's nothing like the product online. Still no refund provided even though their website says easy returns and refund within a few days. This is a scam!!!!

product took 2 months to arrive was to small and not the merchandise I ordered have tried to return product and get a refund but for almost a month I have been getting the run around and they refuse to give me the return address stating returning is expensive.

I ordered boots from rollychic on oct 28 and when I received them they wasn’t nothing like their advertised boots. Very toxic and just junk.

On 10/22/19 I ordered 3 pair of what was advertised as women's "rough-out leather" cowboy boots that looked really nice in the add. After many emails back and forth of them promising my boots would soon be here, after which I was told that they're coming from China and with the customs and distance, it would take a little longer. I emailed again with the same results. I told them if I didn't have the boots by Jan. 1 2020 I wanted a refund. I received the boots on December 30, 2019 and was appalled at what I received. They are cheap plastic rubber that aren't even a solid piece of fabric. This is a scam from the git-go. If I'd know from the beginning this product was coming from China, I would NOT have ordered them. This is my first and last scam. Now I'm seeing all of the others that were also scammed. This company needs to be black-balled from the US of A. I am so mad I can't see straight.

I ordered a pair of boots from RollyChic. It took close to 2 months for them to arrive and when I opened the package, the boots were not even close to the boots in the picture on the website. I emailed the company and asked for a refund and return postage page. They replied that return postage is very expensive and advised me to keep my boots.

Rollychic advertises beautiful leather boots for a reasonable price. I ordered one in two colors. they were to be lined and so warm that you don't need extra stockings to stay warm in cold weather. The boots took greater than 2 months to arrive and are plastic and literally junk. Don't purchase from this company. Facebook apparently thinks it is great because they advertise for them, but they don't warn their readers of the false products. I want to file a claim

Reviewed Online Business advertisement on stylish women shoes. Debit card showed transaction in Hong Kong! A month after order...still know word about purchases. Only that due to high demand shipping is running behind. I looked for a phone number and physical address and I haven’t found anything on website except : cs@ rollychic.com. I requested status update. 2-3 times on order #26673...Bank of America reported transaction outside of the 50 US states Country: Hong Kong, PayPal Onlinestore on 10/20/2019. I still didn’t believe this a problem since I made the transaction... USPS tracking number: 420373892748927005374000003825072. Shows package in Fremont, California. 94538 on 11/07/2019. It didn’t indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Sent inquiry to USPS Case confirmation 04615808. Parcel reference _00Dj0GyYH._500t0PYcEu:ref. This company mainly advertises that it sells shoes/boots. They say that the items are on sale. If you make a purchase, they charge your card immediately and then you never receive the product you purchased. After asking for a refund and to cancel my order (after not receiving the items I ordered over 6 weeks prior), they say they will upgrade you to priority shipping if you don't cancel. I refused and still asked for a refund and to cancel my order. They refused and now I have heard nothing back from them. They advertise on Facebook. I looked through the comments on their Facebook page and it would seem that every person has experienced the same scenario as myself with a few exceptions that received poorly manufactured product that was nothing like what was advertised.

I have ordered products from this company they took my money and no product sent. Have had a few emails back and forth with them and I want my refund and they will not work with me. I look and many people having the same issue. Months later still no refund and no product. I have all the emails

This company was listed on Facebook- which was a company that sells shoes/boots. I made a payment by PayPal but noticed I wasn’t receiving updates regarding my order. The company has no address or phone number- there is an email which I have asked to cancel my order. I received an email response as to be patient due to a high amount of orders. This was over a month ago- no updates of order, no phone number to call. I have sent a second email asking for a full refund with a cancellation of my order. I have noticed others have reviewed the company as a fraud.
