Scammer Posing as Dura Automotive Reports & Reviews (1)

I have been applying for remote work-at-home positions through Indeed.com. On 2/8/19, I was contacted by "Dura Automotive" regarding a remote customer service position and that they wanted to interview with me (they identified themselves as Mr Christopher DeLuca, who if you Google is a legitimate recruiter for this company). I was texted by someone as well as sent an email. The text indicated they wanted to interview right away, and it was 6:30 pm. I replied to the email stating I was not able to interview right away and we set up a time. The email attached a full description of the position straight from the company website). They had me sign into Google Hangouts for my interview, where you would be able to do a video call. I signed in and we started the interview, by chat only. After an hour-long interview, with very legitimate questions, although some grammar issues, they asked me to hold while they check with HR with my interview answers. After about 10 minutes, someone came back to the chat and asked me to check my email for my results. The next email I received said I was offered a position. The email address now had a different person's name attached to the "[email protected]". The person on chat congratulated me and asked me to send "Your Full Name, Full Home Address, Phone Numbers # and email address to enable my secretary to enlist them into the Company's Register for proper documentation". At this time, I knew I was being scammed and informed them I would need to call the company directly to ensure I was speaking with Mr DeLuca and was offered a position. They in turn got upset and said "Alright you should have asked to speak to me first before having me conduct interview for you.

Why didn’t you state this out earlier". They went on to say they would send me my hiring packet within a day or two. I called Dura Automotive in Tennessee (931)762-2090, today, and spoke with HR, who assured me this was a scam.
