Ordered a hoodie from this website, never received it and have requested multiple times for refund but have not received it. I also ordered a long sleeve t shirt which took forever to come in, and was the wrong size. When I asked for an exchange they told me exchanges were too difficult and I could order a new one in the correct size for a discounted rate. Since I never received the hoodie I never reordered the t shirt and told them so ( both were in initially ordered at the same time in Oct. 2018). As of 1/16/2019 I haven't received my refund of the hoodie. I told them I didn't even care about the t shirt at this point since I wasn't returning it I just want my hoodie refund. Horrible people to do business with. Do not order from them!

Thought this company was based out of the United States until I seen the charge on my credit card it reads PES*TEE-SHIRTSSHANGHAI and I was also charged based on the exchange rate with was more then what was on my receipt. It took 3 weeks to arrive and now that I've inspected it I see that the jersey is FAKE!! There is no tags on the shirt what so ever or washing instruction.

Ordered a jersey for my husband on 12/18/18 and tried using my VISA and it declined stating they only accept MC (which was a red flag that I ignored) the logo's on the website said VISA, Mastercard and more accepted. I inquired on my order a few days later and they responded with a very broken english "your order is under arranging, etc." from a person named Gina! i then emailed them again asking many questions they responded (Carrie) and finally a 3rd email to them and they responded saying my order has been shipped. They use a popular carrier from CHINA called S.F.Express but I highly doubt I will receive the jersey. They would not give their address or phone number but they are someplace in China .... I did report this to my Credit Card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

I used this website to purchase an NFL Salute to Service sweatshirt. It was the only item that my son wanted for Christmas. It was out of stock at Nike.com and Dicks Sporting Goods as well but due to the fact that it was late in the football season, I did not think anything of a web based store having the item still in stock. I did get product delivered after a 3 week delay, but the workmanship was poor and the patches began to peel after only 2 washes. As a regular Nike product consumer, it is very obviously a counterfeit product. The package that was delivered was not from the United States, it was from an Asian country but I did not save the packaging and do not remember the exact location.

Ordered Salute to Service hoodies. They arrived but were NOT authentic or licensed merchandise. They send fake tracking information. No contact information to call. Packaging from China. When I sent an email requesting return shipping labels they resounded by offering me 18% refund. Again I responded with the request of shipping labels and they responded stating that it was too time consuming and too expensive to send me shipping labels. They suggested i regift the merchandise and offered me 30% refund.

I ordered a sweatshirt from this website, it arrived but did take several weeks to come and was intended to be a Christmas gift for a friend. When I opened the package up I noticed that the sweatshirt was MUCH smaller than a standard women's size medium, that I had ordered. In fact it appeared that it could of been a youth size it was so small. Based on the quality I also question if it was authentic Nike apparel. I emailed the company at at the address found on their website and was able to get a reply but the responding party (Carrie per the email signature) only wanted to talk me out of returning it, saying it was very expensive and time consuming to return items. They offered a 50% discount on another item and free shipping and advised that I could keep what I had ordered. I responded and advised that I had no use for the sweatshirt and asked again to return it. I also expressed that since they sent the wrong size I did not feel it was my responsibility to pay a shipping fee to send it back. I received a second reply (again from Carrie) in which I was told that I was sent the right size and that if I paid a reshipping fee of $19.99 they would resend me a new item and I could keep the original item. I was told it would cost more than $19.99 to ship back the sweatshirt that I hard ordered. After the second email reply is when I began to look into the company a bit more and found several complaints on various websites as well as through the BBB. I am awaiting a reply to my last email at this time.

I ordered a Buffalo Bills Royal 2018 Salute to Service Sideline Legend Performance Long Sleeve T-Shirt on Nov. 17 from Sports Fans Goods. On the original invoice it noted USPS as the shipper. I did not receive a tracking number until Dec. 10 for FedEx. It still has not been shipped or a label created. The company has no details on its arrival.

Purchased product on 12/14/18. Received confirmation email. 5 days later, and website says it is still in processing. Emailed the customer care line 3 times. No response. No phone number on website or in google search.

I ordered a hoodie on cyber monday that came out to $75.98 with shipping. A few days later I received an email saying my order had been shipped. It is now almost a month after I have ordered the item and everytime I check back to the shipping email it only shows that a shipping label has been created. I continue to contact customer care via email and I get responses from someone named “Gina” that my order is on its way and to check back later. I am very upset due to the fact that this item was going to be a Christmas gift.

I have been trying to purchase an NFL jersey and hoodie sweatshirt. Each time I enter my credit card information, a “declined” message appears. It tells me to contact my credit card provider. I entered Ave reentered my information because I knew I had purchasing power on my card. Repeatedly, I received “declined” message. I then entered several other credit cards to make this purchase. I also emailed the company (ther is NO PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS listed on website!) They emailed with me several times. I finally decided to check BBB and red flags have been thrown everywhere. I emailed them to call me so I could place my order via telephone. It is 1:30am and they replied back that there are not enough HR reps to take my call, but I could email.

Do NOT order from this company!!!

I ordered an item on Nivember 6th and paid 9.99 for shipping. After a week, I asked about shipping and the company stated 12-15 days. By Thanksgiving there was a shipping number, but for over a week, the “label created” notification still appeared. I asked for a refund and they claimed the item was on the way and they could not cancel it because it was already processed for shipping, but I could return it. The item arrived and it is clearly not the official item. I start the return process and through email I’ve been given the hardest time about returning it (shipping to return is too much, sell it to someone, give it as a gift, just keep at and we will give a 30% refund, and finally keep it and we can give you a 40% refund).

When purchase was complete recieved messages that the charges to my card would be to a company in Singapore. All tracking information has been bogus. Canceled my cc card. An attempt has also been made to hack my email address provided since this purchase.

I found this website online and decided to purchase from this website after I send the payment I only received a reference number I email them and they never replied me back...

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!! No one answers the email. No phone number. I ordered a hoody and my card was also used an hour later too by shoes in Singapore. Thank God my credit union froze my account. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a jersey online from the above website which is advertised all over the internet when you pull up jerseys you are looking for. I was a tad suspicious just due to the oddness once I started placing the order but this was the only Jersey my son wanted for Christmas and I couldn’t find it anywhere else so I went ahead and purchased it. I placed the order and got confirmation of payment receipt on 10/29/18. On 10/30/18 I received the email that I attached below with a false tracking number and saying my package was shipped. I did not know this until today when I started calling FedEx about the package I haven’t received 16 days after it was saying shipped. FedEx said whomever this is has an account with them but would give me no information other than that the company created a label on 10/30/18 but they never received a package to send once the label was created. All I can do is email the company and I have received no response. There is no phone number at all. I paid $89.99 plus 9.99 for shipping. Now I am out $100 and a gift for my son.

I search for NFL Apparel and the online store called Sports Fans Goods showed up. I ordered to 2 hoodies and waited a few days for shipping information. I emailed the customer service website and I didn't get a response. I have already disputed the charges with my bank and requested a new card.
