State Lottery Limited and Federal Credit Union Reports & Reviews (1)

I received a phone call from the number (909)-963-5878 at 1331 EST. The man on the line addressed him self as Mr. Jackson with the "The States Lottery Limited" who he said was run by Walmart and the Walton family. He said every person who shops at Walmart using a debit/credit card or check is automatically entered into the lottery and a winner is chosen every month. This month I won second place and a total of $1.6 million dollars and a new Mercedes. He asked if I wanted my winnings to be private or public with reporters and cameras. I said lets go with public and then he asked me which color car I would like. I asked him how I could verify this was real and he said that I should of already received my official documents but since I had not contacted them they were reaching out to me. I asked what official documents and he said they were sent to my old military barracks address in Texas. He asked me for my new address and I gave it to him, in the moment thinking it was harmless. He said he would send the documents to me right away. Then he said that to deliver the car I would need to pay the carrier service $390 dollars. This is where I knew for sure that something was wrong. I told them I could not afford it and they asked if I had a credit card. I told them I did but I could not use it because of the limit and lack of finances. They said I could borrow the money from the federal credit union and then pay them when I received my prize money. I said ok let me talk to them so they transferred me to a Mr. Bradley who said he was with the federal credit union and that they have had an account with States Lottery Limited for over 15 years and that everything was legitimate. I asked him to email me all of these supposed documents so I could review them myself. Mr. Bradley transferred me back to Mr. Jackson and I gave him my spam email address and hung up. About 20 minutes later I received an email with an attached photo of a Mercedes and my "official document" stating I had won. I noticed in the document that my name does not have my middle initial which I thought was weird because I always use it, and that the red rectangular stamp seems to be behind the top of the letter "s" in "Winning Notifications". I should also note that halfway through the phone call I began recording the conversation.
