I ordered ted baker items and received a pair of fake airpods. They did respond to my emails and said if I returned the item I would get a refund. I did return them and guess what they havent received my refund . They produced a document which looked like the refund had been processed but to date I havent received my money. They gave me a load of bs saying the refund had to be manually processed in the different countries that it had to pass through. I have tried to contact them via email and guess what it bounced back so I guess that's that.

Bought $82 worth of what I thought was Under Armour Gear on July 22, 2020. I Quickly contacted my Credit card to dispute the charge Soon after I made the purchases because of all the negative reviews and they just recently reversed the charge back to the Stay Fun Club company. Hoping I get something soon. [email protected]

BEWARE OF "STAY FUN SHOP" SCAMMERS from California that are advertising on FACEBOOK. They are hijacking the websites of legitimate companies and stealing from people.

In the link below you will see complaints from customers who were DECEIVED by bogus FACEBOOK ads for a variety of articles and were robbed by this company that charged their accounts under the name of STAY FUN SHOP but NEVER sent them what they purchased, except for, in some cases, the customer was sent a pair of sunglasses (that way they could trick you into thinking that your items are on the way with a tracking number and all).

We, unfortunately, were victims of this scheme. We were shopping for something advertised on Facebook as a really good deal (NOT Facebook Marketplace, but a paid advertiser), but, today, September 24th, 2020 (after waiting for the packages to arrive from CHINA, and after two months of waiting), all I got in the mail was this small light-weight box in mail with a description of GLASSES on the outside label. The box I received today is pictured below.

If you will read some of the customer complaints in the link, you will understand how they are deceiving people. They are mimicking legitimate companies' websites. They are advertising on FACEBOOK. So check the company out. The article we "purchased" was a swing set, but other people have bought from clothing companies and shoe companies, but they all are the same story of theft.

This FRAUDULENT company has a bogus phone number and WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS. They won't even pick up the phone because, well, why would you do that? They only lead you along via email with vain hopes of receiving your stuff. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Like dkbauer, I was directed to a fake L L Bean website from Facebook which I could not tell the difference from the real site because I had them both open at the same time. I ordered clothing and paid for them with my credit card. It wasn't until I got the shipping notification that I realized that I was dealing with a company in China. As others have said, I received a box marked glasses in the mail and when I contacted them, they indicated that my order had been lost and the items that I had ordered were sold out so they could not replace my order. The customer service gave my a link to a La Coste clothing site that I could choose replacement items from. I said not interested and I wanted my money back. They offered me 1/3 of what I paid as a refund or I could send the box I received back and then they would credit me the full amount. I told them that none of this was my fault and they owed me a complete refund which refused to do. In retrospect, this whole thing was a scam from the beginning starting with the fake website, seemingly everyone getting the same box containing eyeglasses and refusing to refund your money. As The Who sang "I won't be fooled again"

I ordered some shoes from this site over a month ago and today received a pair of sunglasses in the mail. Do anyone have a number or something I can call to get in touch with this company?

I ordered a soccer top for my husband in July which cost me $130+ aud and they sent me a pair of cheap sunglasses which I received today. I'm also trying to get in touch with the company but unfortunately doesn't look like I will have any luck.

On 7/21/2020 I went to a fake L.L. Bean site where I ordered 1 pair of slippers. Using my credit card I paid $30.45. As of this date I have received my order. Several times I have attempted to call them using the Phone # listed 707 244 7918 it just rings-no one answers. How can I get my money back. Thank you

Was directed to a fake L.L. Bean site where I ordered shoes and clothes which I never received. "[email protected]" (reply to: [email protected]) are the email addresses they are using. Did not receive my order, but they insisted they sent it. They gave me a tracking number that was actually for sunglasses that I did not order. They now want to reimburse me 35% of the purchase price. I feel so stupid, but the website looked totally legitimate and they named each product as L.L. Bean. Am out $133.

On July 22. I made a purchase for some Nike gym shoe for 115.50. I haven’t received my items or I’m not able to reach these people for a refund of my money. What do I do? This ad came on my Facebook page advertising a sale for Nike products on sale. I have included some pictures from my purchase. Can anyone tell me how to get my money back?

The link leads to a fake Under Armour outlet, which is allegedly having a 80% off sale. She said the link came from facebook. It proclaims too-good-to-be-true prices: sports bras for $6.00, sneakers for $22, the list goes on.

There is no contact number, only an email with no mention of Under Armour in the name.
