I placed an order on June 11, 2020 I have yet to see my order I've asked for a refund for different times no one will respond to my emails I have sent them my order numbers I ordered the bangs and also the magnetic lashes total money loss was $33.33 this company is still emailing me advertisements to purchase the biggest scam I've ever seen

I ordered a hair product in January and yet to have receive as of June 18, 2020. THIS IS A SCAM! I have contacted my financial institutions to investigate.

On January 23rd, I placed an order for a Bang & Bun set from the company's website that I absolutely fell in love with. Immediately following my purchase, I received an email thanking me for my order & that I would receive another email later on indicating when my order was confirmed shipped & it's tracking information. During my waiting period & me finally reporting the company as a scam, I've exchanged a total of 13 email correspondence with the company. A few days went by and I realized that I never received that email confirmation. I reached out to the company stating that I'd never received that email regarding the confirmed shipment & tracking information. They responded and apologized but informed me that shipment can take up to 15-20 business days after purchase. I waited for those days to pass & email them once again. I was now told that due to the Chinese New Year, there's a huge delay and to accept another apology from the company. I was very frustrated & I told the company that I really could care less about the Chinese New Year at this point, I just want my package & that I will have my attorney contact them. Once again they apologized & offered me a 15% ($1.99) refund for my inconvenience & that did make me feel better. I kept waiting for that confirmed shipment email which I've yet to receive. A few days passed with no response, so I emailed again on February 24th, reminding them that I'm waiting for a response as well as my refund. Nothing!! I emailed again & nothing. On March 5th, I went on the company's *** Page & saw the other consumers like myself, who were treated in the same manner as I was & was being ignored when asked for a refund. I became infuriated by that & thought that I needed to take this further, if ***  deemed it as "too much to deal with because of the small purchase amount."Hoping *** will refund my money. I decided to contact the *** to find out who is behind this fraudulent company. I'M TOTALLY OUTDONE

On February 22nd, a day before my birthday, I emailed the company informing them that I did purchase the set for the purpose of my birthday, which was the next day, which was not shipped out & that I'm now demanding a full refund. A few days passed with no response, so I emailed again on February 24th, reminding them that I'm waiting for a response as well as my refund. Nothing!!

I emailed again & nothing. On March 3rd, after finally having enough, i contacted PayPal and informed them what'd happened to me. PayPal was kind enough to refund me my money but informed me that unfortunately because it's such a small purchase, it would be too much to pursue the company. Though grateful to PayPal's gesture, I was offended & annoyed of being treated the way I was.

On March 5th, I went on the company's Facebook Page & saw the other consumers like myself, who were treated in the same manner as I was & was being ignored when asked for a refund. I became infuriated by that & thought that I needed to take this further, if PayPal deemed it as "too much to deal with because of the small purchase amount." I decided to contact the BBB. I felt a bit empowered when I heard back from the BBB, but that was shortlived when I'd accidentally put on my complaint that the company was located in Japan.

I received an email from ***  who informed me that since the company is located in China, unfortunately they do not have a conflict resolution agreement & or a contract with the country. I was so disappointed because I felt like I'd just been defeated & I so despised that feeling. I asked ***, well what can I really do to be able to assist other customers from being scammed out of their hard earned money & she gladly gave me this website to do so.

Please I'm seeking assistance, not just for myself ONLY, but for the future customers that this company is going to deliberately rob of their hard earned money without prejudice.
