Swift Atlantic Express Reports & Reviews (14)

i just paid $700 + $120 from www.qualitytoypoodle.com for a toy poodle via Zelle and of coz thru this Swift Atlantic delivery company and now he is asking for $1,150 or $1,500 for this 'crate' due to Covid 19. of coz i am not going to pay coz i got online and see all these complaints. should call the police. they are really very cruel to puppy lovers.

I purchased a teacup puppy from Patricia kemdens from Boston Massachusetts for 610.00 then the so called air line calls saying that I had to pay another 800.00+ for a crate because the one that Patricia had the puppy in got rejected I requested my money back but haven’t received anything and won’t answer my emails calls or text DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST horrible horrible people but it’s fine they will live eternal life in hell.

SCAM! I thought I was getting a pug puppy delivered, 600 dollars later the “airline” called needing more money for a special crate.. mind you, a flight from Boston to NY should only be 45 minutes at best.. so I questioned it when they were asking for 1,350 more.. so I looked up swift Atlantic express to find it was a scam. These ppl are still frauding innocent people!
This is even a fake picture of the pug I was supposed to be buying... turns out, the picture is even a fake, taken off another website! I got my money back but learned a valuable lesson. This should be investigated and these ppl should be held accountable for the thieves they are and the fraudulent acts they do on a daily basis!

I thought I was buying a teacup yorkie from Patricia's Teacup Yorkies. I paid $600.00 for the yorkie and delivery fee and expected to receive my puppy on March 15, 2021. Next I was informed by the breeder that the puppy would be shipped on March 15th and I could expect delivery on March 16th. I then received an urgent message from Swift Atlantic Express asking for money for a special air conditioned crate which I naively paid. I was told my puppy was being shipped within the hour and I could expect delivery the next day (today) by noon. When I texted Swift Atlantic for a tracking number, I received an email from their office in Connecticut telling me that I needed to pay an additional $950.00 for a USDA certificate and insurance. That's when I knew that I had been scammed.

I also got Puppy scammed, which I never thought would happen, but it did. Puppy cost $600.00 + $200.00 shipping door step to door step, I thought the price was fair. After that I was told that I needed to pay and additional $850.00 for a different shipping carte, all refundable upon delivery of the puppy. I was told that the puppy was en-route and would be landing in Louisville, KY. The follow day I was told that the puppy arrived, but I needed to pay an additional $1000.00 to cross over to Indiana now we are 2 1/2 day into transporting the puppy. Day three I was told that the puppy needed to see a vet (additional $1225.00) I did question that, but was told that if I did not pay that they would charge me with endangerment to an animal. All I kept thinking about was this poor little puppy then they called me and said that I needed to pay an additional $1150.00(?) now we are into day four and things are not adding up except for what they are receiving from me, total = $5025.00. They assured me that the puppy was en-route and would be here @1800 that day all with the understanding that I would receive a refund, less puppy cost & crate. Day five no puppy, but a phone call stating that the plane had to stay over night in Cincinnati, then it hit me like a ton of rocks I just got scammed. I told them to keep the puppy the conversation got very heated and again was told that if I did not take the puppy they again assured they would charge me with to endangerment to an animal. I called USDA and no permit is required to cross state lines, then I looked up UPS & they require that the puppies to be delivered with 24 hours. I called them back with this information and was told that I would be hearing from their lawyer, my comment was bring it on! Have heard nothing back from this company moving company the place I bought the puppy from was www.sallyteacuppugs.com. I feel that there are several online people involved with this company. I feel bad for everyone on this page as it was our love for animals that brought us here. I AM NOT DONE YET WITH THESE PEOPLE!

They have scammed numerous people.I boughta puppy online.Theperson i bought the puppy from took ittothisdelivery service. It was suppose to arrive within a day.Them I get a message asking me for 1500 dollars more due to the Corona virus .If the Corona virus is the reason fir their ridiculous crate fee ,they are responsible for the fee because there the ones offering this service. The have to facilitate a safe method of transportation without asking more money or they should shut there business down.If indeed this business exist ,I'm getting a lawyer and there getting sued.

I just got scammed out of $600 at Tevanna teacups.com for a pug puppy ! They told me it would ship same day then I paid and they said oh it won’t be till tomorrow when you receive the puppy and then they had this fake Swift Atlantic Express start asking for money for a special crate carrier for covid-19 and when I caught on they now stoped all communications thru txt and email. They was asking for $1113.00 for a special crate. I have 7 children and I saved as a single parent income for them this puppy and these heartless people . I do believe in Karma and I believe they will in deed get what is coming to them .

Please make your complaint on https://www.ic3.gov/complaint

I had exactly same experience.
Luckily, Chase rejected the payment of $825 for Crate that must be upgraded due to COVD-19.
Also they were requesting the payment for Pet Life Insurance and I thought really suspicious about that.
So I did web surfing and found this report.

Ordered sphynx cat online total purchase was $950. Was contact by swift Atlantic express regarding shipping, stated I need to western union money $825-$1303 for covid approved shipping crate or they wouldn't send my cat, i asked to hold it there and I would pick it up and they said absolutely not. And I tried to contact seller and no answer and the next day all calls stopped. I was even sent a fake invoice. This is devastating.

I got exactly same message and tracking information

I actually think this is a combo of two companies. You order a puppy and when you pay for it, they have you upgrade the crate for shipping purposes due to COVID and then try to get you to send more money for vaccinations. All this to be refundable when your pet arrives. However, nothing arrives and you are told the pet has died in an accident on its way to you. Just devastating to do this to people.
