Yes this place is an absolute scam. I ordered on March 1 of this year a Dyson hair wrap for $479. The immediately go their money out of my credit card. Then I never got the product. I hope they get caught. I have turned them into various agencies.

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap "on sale" on the website for 399.00. I received an email that my purchase was processing and would receive in 3-5 days-
The description of the product states it is authentic, but from what I've read from other reports it is not. It states under
FAQs:

Is this Dyson Airwrap is a genuine product?

"This Dyson Airwrap is a 100% safe, reliable, and genuine product."

I did not receive my purchase and do not want to receive it now. I just want my refund and I filed a dispute with my bank. Here is the email sent to me by The Fitnow

"This is Hazel from The Fitnow

On behalf of Fit now, I would like to sincerely apologize to you for not being able to ship your order. Your order was being processed, but unfortunately, our system encountered an error and is now undergoing maintenance. For this reason, your order has been canceled.

Well, we just wanted to tell you that, please open your dispute with the bank & get a refund from us. Then order us again.

Again, we are very sorry about the mix-up. If you have any other issues with your reorder, please let us know.

I experienced same thing- dyson airwrap. Never received it and got this response from them:

I filed a dispute with my bank yesterday, the minute I received this email. April 28. Let's see what happens now.

Shady business being run by Shady people. Avoid at all costs!

APPARENTLY sells counterfeit items from China, they will NEVER reply to your emails or pick the phone up. They may, at their will, send an SMS and lie to you about giving them more time or agreeing to cancel the order.

TRY opening an account on their website BEFORE placing an order (impossible).

I bought a Dyson on their site where title and all description state it's a 'Dyson Airwave', not a 'Dyson imitation', 'Dyson-like' and so on.

A day after I re-visit the site and notice that well below the product page they have a FAQ that state the product in non-authentic). AT BEST this being deceptive about the nature of the item (FAQ are useful when you have an issue with the item, are troubleshooting, etc, not to determine whether an item is genuine).

Tried contacting them over the phone and email over 10 times, never received a response except for a couple of SMSs where they DO NOT deny the item is a fake AND where they agree (TWICE, with only two days of separation) to cancel the order.

This was on April, Monday 12th and April, weds 14, 2021 (times vendor agreed to cancel order). Now, April Saturday 17 I receive a notification that item is being shipped from China via DHL (Dyson products are assembled in Malaysia).

Opened a complaint with Apple and Goldman Sachs, hopefully they will respond where the people behind TheFitNow has not.

I’m sorry you have to go through this! I’m going through the same thing. It sucks! I ordered the dyson air wrap two days ago and I’m trying to return it. Have called and emailed but no response.

I have emailed The FitNow contact address several times and over 2 weeks ago was told my item was already dispatched and that I would receive tracking within 24-48 hours later and now, two weeks later have yet to receive that tracking, nor will anyone respond to my subsequent emails or answer the phone number that is listed. Their website lists South Carolina as the website, however, also has an address for Pakistan. Will be contacting the bank regarding my $500. DO NOT PURCHASE from this website

I purchased a dyson hairstyler for almost $500. The website states the items will ship within 48 hours. 2 weeks later nothing. I sent numerous emails with no response. Finally opened up a case on paypal, the company emailed stating the delivery driver was in a car accident with my goods and it would ship the next day. A week later nothing. I emailed them several more times with no response. Beware!
