I unlike most of these actually did get my blanket. And it certainly was not worth the $100 I spent on it. For one it’s a duvet cover and it’s about as thin as tissue paper with the saddest amount of “fur” I’ve ever seen. Pretty sure the fuzzy blanket I got from the dollar store is more fuzzy.

Ordered a blanket through the puffly online. I waited months for this to arrive as i really wanted it !still have not recieved anything from them or a refund which i requested through email (the only contact info provided) after a few months of recieveing nothing. Never even replied to my emails. total scam. Please do not order anything from them . You will lose your money for sure !

I ordered in the beginning of April. I ordered a few other items off Facebook around the same time. I finally got one of the items so I assumed the blanket was also coming from China so I gave it some time. Now it’s been two months and they have never responded to even one email! Luckily I reported it to my bank and they gave me the refund so I suggest you guys do the same and get your money back!

I ordered one blue comforter set and two matching pillows from a online site called "The Puffly" on April 10, 2021. I received one email confirming my payment to them with a order number as well. I messaged them and asked where's my order after a while and I have NOT heard nothing at all back! When trying to look them up, view my order, or track my shipment I get nothing back! Says its unavailable or website can't be found!

Purchased 2 blankets, so almost $50 went bye bye... They answered once to switch a size but that was it. Never has said anything about shipped just that I purchased, not a happy camper. Just an other scam I guess.

I ordered two blankets from the puffly and my order was confirmed and the money was taken out of my account and I never heard back from them and tried to contact them just to find out their website was no longer available, I lost $33.78 and am annoyed that I got ripped off by these scam artists.

I order two blankets from the puffly back on April 9th and even sent them a question after I had noticed that I never heard anything past that my order was confirmed so on the 29th I sent them an email and never heard back from them I spent $33.78 because they were supposedly on sale and I am pissed because I found out their website has been taken down and has made no effort to contact me or refund me the money!

I paid $34.63 on April 21, 2021 on line. I have not received any notification that the blankets were shipped. When i tried to send a message to the email, I get a message back saying the message cannot be delivered because the address can not be found. Would like to get a refund!

Ripped off hwve received absolutely nothing. I want them prosecuted and my money back. This is not right that Facebook constantly allows these scammers access to fake sell products to Facebook users. Maybe they get a percentage of the money? This is bad business on facebooks part and taking peoples money is criminal! How do I get my money back. This is very upsetting.

Ordered a month ago. Started to wonder what was going on and why I didn’t receive my order or a message about it. Now I know. I should of reviewed the website info before placing an order. I will be filing the payment as scam and hopefully will get my money back. Mine was only $20 because of a 3 day only sale. But I’m still mad because I’m a college student and could use the money elsewhere.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and haven't received an email saying it was being shipped, let alone received my items. It's a scam. I tried to contact them with my order number and I got a reply saying "that email doesn't exist." I wish I could get my money back but it's probably too late.

I ordered stuff they advertised on Facebook and received one item that I was not happy with and the other item I ordered was a queen comforter I never received they took my money and if you try and contact them their email doesn’t exist now they have scammed multiple people from the reviews I have read but at first they had fake reviews saying how good a company they were to get you to buy but now it’s all pissed off people who didn’t receive their stuff but they took our money and didn’t send anything or something we didn’t order. I want my money back but you can’t contact them their website doesn’t exist now please bring us some justice by shutting them down. Thank you

I ordered a king sized comforter it came and was the size of a bath towel, and not the same color I had ordered and the quaility was very poor .I’ve emailed them asking for a full refund.I was so looking forward to seeing it on my bed but this is not even big enough for my dog.

I emailed for a refund and it couldn’t be sent no such email address

I bought the whole king set on April 11th, 2021. My mom sent the ads to me through messenger. She'd shared it from fb. I spent 50 dollar's, they'd have me an order number but I've never received an email. I've been trying to contact them but theirs no absolute way.. This kind of things tick me off. How could people be allowed to scam. We've worked very hard for our money. It's purchased the set for my daughter as well...

Saw the puffly blanket ad on Facebook and was one of the suckers that bought one.
Got the order confirmation straight away and was told it will be shipped in 1-5 business days and will receive another email with tracking details.

After a week with no response I emailed and they finally responded with delays due to COVID and to be patient while they deal with restrictions put in them during the pandemic. ?

It was when I emailed them that I noticed their email was. Gmail email address instead of a company address. That was a huge red flag for me and knew I wasn’t going to see this blanket.

I knew it would be pointless trying to get this company to give the money back, so I contacted my bank and they lodged an enquiry as a possible scam.
I provided as much as evidence as possible and showed the website no longer exists, and they ended up give my money back.

If you don't mind telling me what bank you use? I tried calling mine and they wouldn't refund my money back.

I too was a sucker when I saw the ad on Facebook. I bought one and got the order confirmation straight away.
After a week with no shipping details I emailed them as they were supposed to ship in 1-5 days.
When I emailed and realised the company had a gmail email address instead of a company address I was very suspicious.
I knew I would never be able to get them to refund so I went to my bank and provided all the evidence that it was a scam and they got my money back.

If you don't asking what bank you use? I cannot get my bank to give me my money back.

I clicked on the Puffly Facebook link to buy a blanket, sadly the site is now non existent even though they gave put their email on the receipt they sent to my email, its here if anyone would like to try to contact them, I did but still no response, luckely i only spent $27.00, its sad when you have to double check a company that advertises such things on facebook, here is their email for anyone who doesn`t have it and good luck getting our money back [email protected]

I bought the blanket and matching pillow cases. I received a text with my order confirmation but no tracking info. I tried going back to the website but it says the page is not found. I spent about 50.00

They are advertising super plush blankets regularly 90 something dollars on sale for $19.95 ( supposedly a three day only sale) taking the money, telling you that the order will be here soon and then deleting the website a month after your order and creating a duplicate website. They are doing the exact same thing with social media accounts as well. Consistently taking $19.95 from people but never giving a product
