These people have sales people who will talk you out of your money and I am thinking about one in particular. They are really good at it and promise the world. When this guy got personal with me and suggested he could marry me and come to Canada I lost it. Wholly unprofessional and totally an assumption. If you do a website with these guys, it's only the beginning of costs. You will be charged for all the changes and you will feel ripped off. Unless you want them to make up the whole idea of what you want, it's a huge process, and loads of personal work is put into it. The inexpensive price and the mecca of great websites lure you in. I don't know if they even did that website now. Perhaps they stole them online cause they are all unprotected and out there for the taking. I don't know, I am warning you all because I did not check them out before I got involved, not a good idea.

On their website, they will not allow negative reports from clients on themselves which is another red flag. they are overly polite and I read on the ScamPulse.com that the address is not even real in San Jose So I don't think they are even in the USA

I am in dispute now for my money as nothing was completed and I shut it down after the personal behavior from this guy. I have not said anything to them as yet as I am going through my credit card account first. May you now be warned actually to not get involved with these people. They make a good play for getting your business, but I think they are doing business out of another country like INDIA or AFRICA.

September 7, 2021, I talked to a salesman about having The Webnificent create a website for my hymns which would be heartfelthymns.com. I was told the charge would be $648 and that it would take between 6 to 8 weeks to complete. Then on or about September 22, I was contacted by the project manager telling me that since I had 600 hymns to offer customers that I needed a portal and database which was $900 for the portal and $400 for the database. I was charged $1,512 on my ccredit account. A little later in September I was told that I needed web hosting. I told them that I already had an account with Host Gator. They claimed that Host Gator wouldn't work. They gave me a price of $2688 for 3 years of web hosting which they charged to my credit account. Then in October 2021 I was told that they couldn't make my website live unless I purchaced a year's subscription to the Association for the death and blind which would put a logo on my site. I told them I could not afford any more charges to my account and that they were to find a way around it. On October 28, 2021, they fraudulently charged my credit card $999. I was so upset that the next day I called The Webnificent and asked why I was charged $999. without my permission. I was directed to the finance person and asked him why I was charged the $999 without my permission. He used profanity and then directed my call to the project manager. I asked him why I was charged when I specifically told him that I could not afford the subscription. He said that I should not worry about the charge, that the website would be live, and I would immediately start making money off of the site. I told him that I still wanted the $999 credited back to my credit card account. Nothing happend, so I called the project manager back demanding that they credit my account. Again he said that he would take care of it which he never did. I had to make an appointment on November 19 with my banker to charge them back for the fraudulent charge to my account, which they did. After 9 months of waiting for a website. I was told it was finally ready. The project manager told me I needed to pay $700 for a years subscription to a web hosting company. I told him I had already given them $2688 for 3 years of web hosting. He denied that and claimed it was for the portal and data base. I told him not so, that he quoted me $900 for the portal and $400 for the database, which I was charged a total of $1,512. He said that if I didn't pay the $700, I couldn't have the website go live, so I gave them the $700, Finally after 9 months they posted my website. They were supposed to upload 600 hymns which they had access to on google drive, but only uploaded about 416. They have no quality control. I have told them that there are missing files and that they needed to upload the 200 remaining hymns. That has never happened. They also told me that the monies I paid them included 3 months of social media advertising which has never happened. The poor quality site has been live since March 2022, but no longer is. I have not had a single customer since they posted it, only comments on the poor grammar used and missing sheet music and music playback files. For all I know there is probably missing files in the database meaning that if a customer were to purchase a hymn, it possibly would not be available for download. I am upset that my website heartfelthymns.com is no longer available. I definitely have been scammed.
