A phone call was placed by someone pretended to be a staff agency and stated you are set for an interview with the hiring manager. Went through the interview like normal process and got hired immediately to work from home. Got the offer letter via email and will send a check for $4600 to purchase company material (PC, Fax and Scanner). Got the fake check 2 days later. They wanted the person to deposit the check immediately into the new hired bank account. Asked them why not to the company bank account, which US Bank? They said no, you must deposit it into your bank and did via online banking. First they keep on checking to see if the check clear or and replied, it is on hold. They said, okay, why do you wired $1000 via Zelle or WhatApps first to get started on working materials and with hesitation, why am I using my out of pocket money first to make the purchase and I'm not on your company payroll yet? They came back and stated, we will reimbursed you when the fund is clear or available. This all happens over Skype. got suspicious during the interview process already when they stated they going to send a company check to purchase materials to work at home. NO COMPANY WILL PROVIDE YOU A CHECK UP FRONT PRIOR TO YOUR EMPLOYMENT!

Same story as Stan Kozey. Michelle Goshien contacted me saying the same old tired line of offering a job. When I asked if they would send the equipment to do the job she replied yes they would supply equipment. When asked how would they do this, no answer! Another scamming company. There are too many out there.

I was looking for employment on Indeed. I received a text from a Michelle Goshien in regards to a administrative assistant and data collection position that was fully remote, for Transcom a company. I looked up the company on google and saw it was a legit company. BUT it wasn’t the company texting me, it was scammers using the company name. They wanted to conduct the interview over telegram or Skype, texting only. The supposed hiring manager is named “Edwards Harrison” and he asked a series of interview questions and had me go online each day at 8 am to discuss the job. It started to get weird when he said the company would send me a check for company equipment for my job. He also wanted to send my husband a check to his account. Unfortunately still not knowing this was a scam I fell for it. Two checks were sent to our address for a total of 8,000 dollars. Then they wanted us to pull the money out of our accounts and put it into a PNC account. At this point the person I was speaking to trough text was getting more demanding about knowing if we were going to our bank demanding when they opened, etc, etc. We called our banks and reported everything we had and we’re told these people were scamming under the Transcom name.

This person named Eva Walin, Bruce Tedis and Mark Tredine are con artists. They first text you and tell you that you have an interview. Then they email you on zoom chat. They go over their company details, then they ask you a section one and section two question. This interview takes all day. They magically tell you that they loved your responses and tell you that you have the job. They explain to you what role you will have. They copy and paste some information on the chat more than once. They go over something they already gone over. Next they tell you that you will be mailed a series of checks to your name. They make you go to the bank to deposit and the bank tells you that they are fraudulent and have no validity. DO not give any information, do not sign and send anything to them. Please do not send anything signed. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I did not sign or send them my S.S number because I caught up to it and then they blocked me when I confronted them.

I literally just received a text from "Mark Tredine" to informed me that my resume was selected for an online job briefing and interview. I knew something was odd. So i decided to investigate on LinkedIn to see who this person is. I checked the company profile on there and I don't see Mark Tredine showing up. Then i googled his name and I found this site. Your post was on the history line which it brought me here. I won't bother responding to him.

Transcom company they say they are a global network but only have a PO address. They are very aggressive commanding you to answer the questions immediately. They said they are offering $24 per hour for a customer service position, data entry, etc. They ask for the personal info like Name, address, zip code and where you bank. They asked me if I have only that one bank. They asked how I want to get paid. direct deposit, check in the mail. I have a strong feeling they were fishing for info. They said they would send me a check for $1000. to buy the furniture and computer I will need to work for them. They said I should deposit it in my bank then buy the equipment. They want me to do it right away so I will be ready to start right away. I got suspicious because sounded too good to be true. I think they were trying to scam me. I did not give them my SS# or my bank acct. #

Contacted via text message for a job posted on Indeed.com. Was told that the hiring manager would use Google Hangouts to conduct an interview. Then they proceeded to ask for a picture of my license and my Social Security card. Sent me a fraudulent check with an invalid account and tried to get me to buy electronics for the "job". I have no record of applying to this job via indeed.com. I did not use my personal account bank account thank goodness but definitely a fraudulent "business". Never states where they are located but the "check" says Southlake TX and has Wells Fargo on it.
