I ordered trial product in February, 2021 and seeing the charge in US Dollar, immediately contacted them and cancelled the order within an hour. Still they charged under the name Living luxuryultraNo2. While objected they said a form should be filled for refund, they refused refund as the product sample was under dispatch and confirmed the order as cancelled. In June and July they started debiting the card again with different names. While contacted again they said further debits were cancelled. This is a scam company. They pass customer credit card information to other scammers.
