Ordered a watch in Decmber 2022. Customer support email instantly sends back response of a ticket has been made and you should hear from them in 24 hrs. I have sent multilpe emails, over many months, same respone. The item is on my shop app (shipping tracker for online oreders) it says not number available. When i click the link to follow "ticket made" it denies my email address access. I have sonce found a facebook page of dedicaded to the problems and rip offs of this business.
