An add was listed on Facebook about dinosaur cookie molds (https://westflock.com/products/dinosaur-cookie-molds). I purchased a set of molds on 7/31/20. I emailed the support email about the order in September, October, and November. Each time, I was advised that they could not refund the monies and that the order was delayed because the number of orders exceeded their supply. As of today (12/1/20), I still have not received the order. This is a scam and I do not know what else to do.
