To make a very long story short, Whoeasy has scammed me out of over $1000 and after trying to resolve it with them and my credit card company, I've gotten nowhere. I didn't catch the two monthly charges, one for 19.95 and one for 15.36, for quite some time and that part is on me but none of them were authorized. I've been trying to reach out to others that this has happened to and am looking into building a case against them. When I spoke with my credit card company and told them it was fraud, they said they would look into it. When they got back to me, they informed me that from their research, they couldn't find any evidence of fraud, which is honestly insane with the amount of complaints against this business. I am hoping I'm able to get some help from others who have been through this too and we can bring this scamming company to light and hopefully get our money back.

I tried to order a part for vehicle, once the charge came through I noticed the email listed on my transactions. I have tried to reach out to them online and have not received a response. I did cancel the order through the fraud department at my bank. I have also received random robot emails about this transaction and would like them shut down.

Hi, I hope you're doing well today. I was also scammed majorly by this company for a few years and never received any refund or reimbursement. I've been trying to reach out to others that this has happened to and am looking into building a case against them. I would really appreciate your help and would like to hear more about your story with them. Please feel free to reach out to me whenever is easiest for you, I would greatly appreciate it.

They took that exact amount from me for almost two years they won't return my calls or emails. I live on disability and I can't afford to loose that much. They stole $1,000 from me. I'm taking legeal advice and as of today hiring a lawyer. We should all get together and get what they took from us.

I used the service once several months a go. I unsubscribed on the same day I opened the account. but I have been billed twice on the same day on 10-29-2020. This site is a scam I don't even know why they allow them to process debit and credit card. I am reporting them to my bank and the company that process their transaction.

I was charged after using this service once after unsubscribing few months back. On saturday I noticed 35Usd was missing from my account and after contacting my bank it seems whoeasy.com has been taking unauthorized payments on my account. I asked for a refund but it seems the human response is generated, I was only offered a refund of 19.95 after explaining in detail I was charged 19.99 and 15.89. They promised a refund on Saturday and said within 2-3 business days a refund will be issued. It is now Wednesday midnight and no refund has been issued as yet. They have completley stopped responding to emails. And I have only sent 3 kind explanations.

I wanted to see if I could find the name to a caller whose been calling my phone. I went to whoeasy web site and purchased a 50 cent number look up. Thirty minutes later my debit card was charged $80 for something they cant explain. They have no customer service phone number so I could not speak to anyone. I ended up having to call my bank and change all my account information before more money was stolen from me. If you look, this company is doing this to THOUSANDS of people. Taking the 50 cents and immediately taking a huge amount of the debit cards after. There are alot of angry people that have used this site and have been scammed. Something needs to be done! I'm a single mother and only used them to make sure the number who was calling wasnt the person who has been harassing me. This company ended up taking most of my rent money and it makes me sick!

Upon trying to set up an account on their website for service offered I was directed to call their number for help. The lady indicated she can assist me with the financial end. She did not. Only to take over my computer in order to fix the problem. She kept asking for different credit cards trying to get all my cards. Then implanted malware onto my computer and tried to have me pay for the support. I had to immediately cancel all my credit cards and debit card. This scam has happened once before to me so I was aware of what was happening. I then immediately reset my computer to a previous reset date. There is also false advertising by indicating a A RATING FROM THE BBB. Actual rating on your site was an F

I used this service in late March to look up some phone numbers. It cost $.50 per search, which seemed reasonable. Now I have come to find they have billed my credit card for $19.95 per month since April! I am disputing the charges with my credit card company as it was never made apparent that I was signing up for a subscription by using the service. At best, this is deceptive marketing. At worst, it is an outright scam. I believe it is the latter and that this business should be fined.

WHOEASY.COM ph 888-744-0149 I checked my debit card account as I often do, and noticed this unauthorized transaction with their name and phone number. I immediately cancelled my card. I called this phone number and tried to find out how they got my debit card number. They said it was an error and would refund my money. I was furious because they would not tell me how they got my account information. I suppose they found a way to hack into my account and steal my money.

Went to this site to look up a phone number. The way they have the site set up it seems like you are signing up for a free trial for one service, but it’s actually two services with two separate charges. Not only that but you still have to pay a separate fee for each number you look up.

I canceled the membership, but they still took my money. They charged my card $25, then three days later charged my card another $15. When I contacted them I was told that they were unable to refund my money, and offered me $10 as a “courtesy”. I had to send a number of angry emails and dispute the charges with my credit card to get my money back, and even then they tried to refund me $25 instead of the full $40. After that they started ignoring my emails, and I had to barrage them with messages until they refunded the rest of my money.

Important: if this happens to you don’t accept the $10 “courtesy” credit. If you keep complaining they’ll refund your money eventually.

Paid the one dollar access fee with the understanding from what I read to be I would get phone number information from entering a phone number on their website. What I received was "information available for $0.50" Bait and switch scam.

They pretend to help ping the location if a given cell phone. In my case a missing person.

The number that came back was nothing substantial. I requested the same number through the RCMP to ping the number for a missing person.

The RCMP found the missing person and WhoEasy app results in incorrect and misleading. It a scam since you automatically get charged $27.25 and $0.68 daily.

The scam artists that are operating "Whoeasy" are using this scam to take advantage of others that are mainly in a vulnerable situation. The lures victims in with a small initial payment; then use this information to withdraw larger amounts of money later. These scammers withdrew 15 dollars and then 19 dollars the 2nd time this month without my knowledge or consent. This has been going on for several months; with the possibility of stealing over $400 from my account.

Back in January I tried using Whoeasy.com to search a phone number. I realized it doesn't work and canceled the membership thru contacting the help option on the website. I was emailed back by a Lily who reassured me my account was canceled and would not auto updated any longer. This was back on January 16 2018. On May 2 ,2018 my credit card was charged twice total $35 and change. To which I did not authorize. I was informed that as a courtesy her manager would allow $10 to be credited back to my cars. I than informed them that it is unacceptable and I want a full refund. Now I'm being emailed by the same person in two different emails. Stating they will refund me the $19.95 back and that I will recieve it in 2 to 3 business days. This is straight fraud and I am not going to allow them to rob me of my hard earned money.

I was looking for a phone search online to help me find a lost phone of mine. I subscribed to a 7 day free trial and unsubscribe the same day actually minutes after subscribing when the service didn't work. I sent a text message on the website ( only way to reach them.) there was no account cancellation option on my account no phone number and no email acccount to reach them in regards to canceling my subscription. It states I would get a response back within 48 hrs. I thought that was the end of it until I was billed $ 15.86. I found a number to contact whoeasy.com on my bank account and called them. They stated part of the subscription had been cancelled but the email search subscription was not cancelled. I never subscribed to an email search. And when I requested cancellation on the same morning I subscribed I was specific to the fact I wanted my account deleted in whole. I never signed up for an email search with whoeasy.com or anyone else. I asked for a refund in full and was told they would submit my request. When I asked to speak with a manager in customer service I was told none were available and to call back in a few hours. I called back in 20 mins and requested again and was hung up on.

DO NOT PUT ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION INTO THIS WEBSITE!!!! Even for the free trial. They apparently enroll you in programs with monthly fees without making you aware. When you cancel, they claim that you didn't request to cancel all subscriptions even when you had no idea that you had certain services and were being charged for them. They deceptively charge and take money from your card, and do not reply when you email them a complaint! They also have no known phone number, only contact via email. Also, the services they say they provide, they do not.

I needed to locate my son's phone. I requested their service for $1.00. They offered to locate 2 phones for $1.00, but i only needed a one time service (ONE SINGLE #)

They didnt provide my son's phone's whereabouts, but they did charge my account .50 cents TWICE on 08/16/2016.

.50 more on 08/17/2016 AND $19.95 on 08/24/2016. I contacted them, they argued that I "subscibed" & thats the reason they charged me $19.95. That's a total LIE, because I did not subscribed. 2 days ago my bank card was blocked because "APPLE" tried to get Information on my bank card. I think whoeasy needed to steal more money.
