I ordered 5 wigs on February 3, 2023 I emailed on February 9th concerning shipping and they emailed me tracking information but the order has not been shipped.

The company shows pictures of wigs on their web site that are not the same or similar to the purchased product.

I usually order from LUVMEHAIR. I was on facebook and I saw LUVMEHAIR so I placed my order. They duplicated a legitimate company to scam others. After ordering I received an email confirmation from Xbordercommerce stating that on my statement it would show merchant as "Wearsharer". The following link was provided: https://xps.xborderecommerce.com/index/index/service/token/001b13523fe4fa9bc1320... for details of my order. No phone number was provided. I sent feedback several times but no response and no product.

I purchases a wig. The site shows you'll get the product in 3 to 5 days. After 3 days i tried to contact someone to see when I am going to receive the tracking number. All of a sudden i got 2 weeks. I tried to contact them i got the cold shoulders. I see on fb others have waited 2 weeks with out a tracking number,a month with no answers and even 2 months. I got a text message yesterday from a random number telling me they are out of my wig but i can pick put a different one. I told them i wanted a refund and they text to pick a different wig. Silence. I have 2 whatsapp numbers, 2 different emails from them, fb and instagram and now this random text message and yet i can't really get a hold of anyone!!!!
