I ordered a wand for a christmas present the beginning of Deecember. When I didnt get the wand by Christmas I email the company and was told because it was Christmas time they were behind in orders. I emailed ever couple weeks and was told they would look into it. I eventually told them I just wanted my money back and was told they would look into it. It is now June and ilI dont have a wand or my money back. The site also says its a US based mom and pop shop but ships from China.

I saw an ad on Facebook and showed it to my husband as an idea for something he could get me for Christmas. He bought it from their website. It took a long time to arrive and the charging port broke immediately when I tried to charge it. The only means of contact listed on their website is email - no phone number or business address. I emailed them, sent a video of the product as requested, and kept getting replies like "I'll look into this and get back to you", but no one ever got back to me with any resolution.
