X-press Shipping Reports & Reviews (2)

- Mendham, NJ, USA

Iniitial shipping bill was $16,087

Then they said audit was wrong and upped the bill twice to $28,587.00. Now they are asking for another $2,800 before delivery. This never ends every time I pay they send another email for more. So I think they are trying to scam me. This is not how to do business

- Louisville, KY, USA

I found this company online during my job search. I applied and they contacted me and offered me a position. They said the position was a third party shipping Quality Control Inspector, who would receive customers orders/packages and it was my job to inspect the packages and make sure there were no damages. I was supposed to then take a picture of the item and shipping label that shows it was delivered to my home in the “customers” name and upload the pictures onto their dashboard (screen shot below). Once I did that they would send me a shipping label to print out and I would re-box and ship. They said I would earn an extra $20 for each delivery shipped out on time on top of $650 weekly earnings which were all paid out exactly 30 days from the day I ship my first package. I became suspicious as I was receding a huge amount of mail correspondence from Capitol One in many different names (not my name). There were over 50 that came and were light, which I assumed there wasn’t any credit cards in them so I just sent them back to sender. I then received a credit card from Capitol One in someone’s name and that persons name was on my dashboard for me to ship out. I did not feel comfortable shipping out someone’s credit card as I know that credit card companies DO MOT use third party shipping with someone’s credit card. This made me search the company on the ScamPulse.com website and I found 3 other reports on this company and the complaints said the “employee” never got paid for shipping off these packages. So I am assuming these items (which some where VERY expensive) have been ordered by this company fraudulently. I emailed a screenshot to the three “Supervisors” and one reached out to me and explained that the reports on the ScamPulse.com website about their business being a scam were fake. I told her I WILL NOT ship out stolen merchandise for this company and to STOP sending me any further packages. Since speaking with her someone else has tried to reach out to me but I don’t pick up and I received another credit card mail correspondence (it doesn’t appear to have a credit card in it). Below are the contact info for these individuals who are a part of this scam. I will gladly speak with the Media, ScamPulse.com and whom ever else I need to speak with to bring a stop to this fraudulent company as they have set me back on my bills and are tarnishing many people’s credit and using innocent job seekers to do the dirty work for them.
