Two days later I checked the company webpage and sent an email at their posted contact where a different phone number was showing 1-(530) 767-3419, asking if that was from their representative(s). The reply few hours later affirmed and encourage me to respond to the text. I was asked for my email address where I received details about the job requirements, benefits and pay, and that office equipment would be provided from a Mac, fax machine, printer, safe... to even office chair and desk. I was scheduled for an interview via Teams which gave the name Robert Sharp.
I searched the name together with the company name only to find the ScamPulse.com reporting by another person who figured out this is a scam preying on those seeking employment with resumes posted on CalJobs. They seem to seek personal information a legitimate HR will require and obtain. What the person before me as well as myself, will not get to see if they would most likely look to get the home address and use a truck for "delivery" of all promised office equipment at the victim's home where they might just "move" things out instead.
The California Secretary of State shows Statements of Information for 1010 DISTRIBUTION LLC (202101310445) with GOOD Standing. Attached is the latest Statement of Information they filed with the California Secretary of State, and it shows to have agents at various home addresses. This LLC is a SCAM!
