I've today been receiving text messages from this same number. I, too, called the 866-675-1772 and a female answered and said I owed a debt from HBSC that was turned over to this collection agency, at the 855-675-1772. The debt is supposed to be from Captial One but this female could not tell me when the supposedly began. She I owed over two-thousand dollars but I could settle right over the phone for thirteen hundred dollars. If I did not settle they would proceed with a supposedly June 20th court date. I told her I will never pay a debt I don't know anything about.

Keep getting text messages addressing me by my first and last name saying my account is delinquent and to call 866-675-1772 for settlement options. They sent another one saying they would have to take further action if we don't contact them. Called the number back today and they said the name of their "Law Firm" is Hart and Associates. The lady answering phone said that I have a delinquent medical bill but she tried to connect me with the "medical" department but I was on hold for a long time and no one answered. We have not received any bills in the mail or email and we pay all of our bills and are not delinquent on anything.
