HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a sweater for Christmas on 12/6 AND paid expedited shipping to ensure it arrived on time. I was charged $120.08 which already isn't correct for ONE SWEATER! There was no way to contact this company at all. I finally received it in January. I was refunded the $44,90 for shipping but now have nothing to do with this horrendous quality, HUGE Christmas sweater. This company should be ashamed of themselves continuing to rip off innocent people who work incredibly hard for their money. The straps are way too long and are simply pieces of silver elastic and the fur looks glue gunned on and is already coming apart. The green sweater is already pilling.

B.Forest Wind Gloves

Purchase these gloves on December 5, 2022. Did not receive them until December 30. The gloves are defective. The left glove has no zipper pole. The touch for the fingers does not work for electronic equipment. Would like my $31.15 refunded. Purchase these gloves for a gift. There’s no way I can give these to my mother. I ordered 2 wooden hummingbird feeders for a gift. I saw the ad on Facebook or Instagram? I paid via credit/ debit card and never got them. I’m getting multiple emails from them with tracking updates.?

At least one a week. I was definitely scammed. I can’t find the transaction in my bank statement?

I just don’t want them to be stealing my money repeatedly. They only provide a bogus tracking number and the email address I gave you.

I just want to expose them and make sure they don’t Rob anyone else.

I ordered 300. Worth of merchandise in October for Christmas. Here it is January and I still have not received my order. Everytime I reach out and ask about it all I get is the same reply... be patient and do not worry, your order is on its way. I've gotten NO tracking updates and I've asked several times for a refund and they refuse. I've had bad service and long shipping times ordering online but NEVER to this degree. I feel like they take your money then hope you'll forget about your order, which alot of people probably do. But this company completely ruined my Christmas and I am a single mother of 5, I don't have alot of extra money. So I spent my Christmas money and for Christmas had no money and no gifts 3+ months later I'm still waiting on my order and get bullcrap replies to my emails. This company is a total SCAM!

I made a complaint to PayPal 😡 because they wanted to give me $7.00 for a purchase of $80.00 (I bought 2 tv screens), I refused. Finally with my complaint this fraudulent company 😡 agreed to reimburse me but I have
to return the items. Be careful, it's in China, they use several company names 😡 to sell a ton of things so we think it's from the USA, wrong!😡 Except that it really costs more to send a package there 😡. Too bad they are
crooks 😡 and be careful I doubt the good comments. If you have this screen I would like to see on video if it works. I'll show you my video soon 😡. My simple magnifying glass works better than this product.😡I will often

Ordered a drone type ball as Xmas present. Like everyone else, had ridiculous nonsensical daily emails about mythical tracking. Started to get suspicious early on, sent an email to them, received a reply in Chinese which was also nonsensical even when Google translated. Asked PayPal for a refund and it was quick, painless and didn’t have to justify it either. I just said I was suspicious and it was feeling wrong. Took only a few minutes. Money returned almost immediately. Tracking emails eventually stopped.

My order never arrived, although this company say it had, they sent my a copy of the delivery label, but with my address blanked out, it could have gone to anywhere, I can't check, no offer of refund or replacement, they want me to refund off the shipping company, but it is them that should be in touch with their shipping company, not me, I have paid them for the item, not the shipping company, and now looking at these reviews, it looks like they do this frequently...total scam they need arresting

Elf 12 or 24 days order was scam

Ordered an elf and a 12 day Christmas package from this company prior to Thanksgiving. No product yet. Almost impossible to locate company information. No email response. Claims to be located in Italy. Sends an odd looking tracking email every 4 days or so. Allegedly it sits at customs. It is now late and my children do not have the elf they wanted. Massive disappointment and will be calling credit card company tomorrow to report fraud
