Received an urgent text claiming supposedly from Pennsylvania Turnpike Toll Services indicating I had an unpaid toll invoice of $8.60. If not paid immediately via the supplied link, an additional $86.00 fee would be added. I NEVER received any invoice and ALWAYS use my EZ Pass!
