A voicemail was left on my father‘s machine from a number in TX, USA. I called the number (409) 761-7631 and nobody answered, although it was also a weekend day. I’ve also received other calls from Mrs. Clark at that number, saying something about avoiding further penalties and I have no pending lawsuits or cases or anything going on legally.

Called by scammer from (409) 761-7631 and told that a bounced check had resulted in legal action and the prosecution will proceed, but i can settle the debt now and then the case will be dropped.

lady called and ot was early in the morning and i was caugh off guard because i was half asleep when i recorded the call stating that it was a call on behalf of a client and they had been told that i was invasive and I not compliant and that if i didnt pay 2500 dollars i would ve going to jail.

Caller from (409) 761-7631 named Ms Clark with "payment processing" threatening legal filing against me. Never mentions amount in question, nor the company she/he/it represents. This has to be a scam.

Voicemail message received with vague and veiled threats that stated they have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach me by phone and mail for "payment processing." They stated I was "flagged as evasive and non-compliant." The message concluded with "to avoid further penalty" I should contact Mrs. Clark at 409-761-7631 "Thank you and good luck."

Constantly getting calls from 985-314-3366 with a voicemail from Miss Clark to call 409-761-7631. I don’t answer the calls and I don’t call that number. She never says in the messages who she is with.

An automated message from "Mrs. Clark" calling to "verify" an address after claiming several attempts to contact by phone and mail, both false. The number on caller ID was 920-663-5944 despite the callback being 409-761-7631. Did not give a business name, mentioned something about a client.

they called saying attempts to collect this debt and I have been evasive and non compliant. Its also asking for me by my maiden name and I haven't gone by that name in at least 10 years. I have not received anything in the mail from anyone.

the company left a message stating that I’ve been noncompliant and evasive and I owed money to them from 2015. I told them I needed proof of the debt and the gentleman proceeded to harass me and tell me that I need to pay my bills and they stated that I was a loser because I’m not taking care of what I’m supposed to take care of and they kept calling and harassing me so I finally blocked them
