In November 2023 the scammer advertised free face cream if I pay for shipping and stated that the product would be mailed within 24 hours of receiving the payment for shipping. After I paid I noticed extra

charges. When I called I found out it was for extra product that was not advertised I called and asked them to remove the other product and to cancel all subscriptions. The male agreed. On December 12, 2023 my account was missing 129.95 and I never received product and I requested cancellation. They refused to return my monies.
