the caller identified himself as Jack Morris from Microsoft tech, he gave me a employee number with a direct number to contact him directly.(206)4241537, After speaking with him several minutes. I was told that my lap top computer was being hacked, I was asked if i had done any online banking within last 24 hours or if i had a credit card that started with one of these four numbers 5463. which i did but informed the person it was a debit/credit card. person informed me that at the time i didnt owe anything at the time but i started getting concerned after person stated he contacted my bank so i could have them put fraud protection for 48 hrs. When i was contact by my bank i was connected with an asian speaking woman who stated she was from the banks headquarters. Because the bank is local and i am kind of familiar with the personnel and asked the lady where she was located and she could not ask immediately so i told her i would come into branch and she said ok quickly and hung up. No personal information given out other that name of banking institute.
