Same as above! Paid for Cologne was told 10 to 14 buisness days. Was told that the USPS was delayed. Yet I was receiving everything else from everywhere! Was told I could only get 30 percent refund but I said oh no way then it was 50.. and that I would still receive. Yet here it is 2 and a half months later and still told I can't speak to a supervisor m it's ok tho I have contacted my lawyer and will have this place investigated for stealing people's money! And I will sue them for every penny they have made! This place needs to be investigated and shut down immediately!

Purchased item (perfume) on business website. Never got confirmation of item I thought I was buying. Waited about week. Callled business to get a status on my purchase and they said I bought a membership not any products. I asked for full refund and said that I didnt want a memebership and I didnt even know I was purchasing a membership. They would only offer me a 30 percent refund. $3. I paid $12.90. I refused that and demanded a full refund being I was not aware I was buying a membership. Then they hung up on me. Their business should be shut done of site IMMEDIATELY!!
