POD was an address in FL according to Citizens Bank, they charged $149.99 from my card. They gave me a number to call and when I called it it was "customer service" from a company called Third Party Sales. They told me they could refund me 40%, until I told them I would contact the BBB, then they raised the refund to 60%, and asked me not to contact the BBB. I told them I would think about it if they sent me the money. I did not say "yes" to not contacting BBB.
