I WAS ALSO SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY BACK ON JUNE 6 2024 , I NEEDED A RENTAL CAR AND LOOKED ON LINE AND SPOKE WITH GRACE SHE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RENT A CAR IN TEXAS WITH MY DEBIT CARD , THAT I HAD TO GO BUY AN AMERICAN EXPRESS GIFT CARD FOR $500.00, I WAS CONFUSED BECAUSE I NEVER HAD TO DO THIS IN THE PAST, LONG STORY SHORT SHE GAVE ME INSTRUCTIONS WHAT GIFT CARD I HAD TO BUY AND ONCE I BOUGHT TO CALL HER AT THIS NUMBER 1 888 314 2032 , GRACE SAID THAT SHE WILL MAKE MY RENTAL CAR EXPERINCE SMOOTH... SO I CALLED HER AT THE NUMBER SHE ASKED ME FOR ALL THE CARD INFORMATION AND SAID I WILL RECIEVE CONFIRMATION IN 20 MIN AND I NEVER DID.. I STARTED TO WONDER WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON SO I CALLED BACK AND SHE SAID THAT MY CARD WAS DECLINED AND TRY TO CONVINCE TO GO PURCHASE A NEW CARD .I GOT UPSET AND TOLD HER SHE WAS CRAZY ! SHE SAID NO MAM I WILL HAVE UPS GO TO YOUR HOME AND REFUND THE $500.00 AFTER THE NEW CARD PURCHASE ...I TOLD HER I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME
SO I CALLED AMERICAN EXPRESS DIRECT AND THEY WILL NOT HELP ..

I OPENED A CLAIM AGAINST THEM AND WAS DENIED THE REFUND!

I AM LIVID !

I needed a rental car and so I googled Kyte. I spoke with Larry Young and he told me to load an American Express gift card. It was my last … I was scammed. American Express refused to give me my money back. This is the worst situation I have been in

I lost my wallet and needed to book a rental car. I went to Priceline and found KYTE.
I called their number and asked the agent if they accepted debit cards for the rental deposit. They said no, but I could use an American Express Prepaid Card for the deposit. I went to Walgreens - put $400 on the Amex and called back. The took the information and then immediately said it was the wrong type of Amex gift Card. They told me to get another one, and when I told them I would use the one I already bought and transfer the funds to the correct card, they said I would need to wait 7-14 business days before the funds were released! It was all the money I had. I called Kyte and they are playing dumb. I called Priceline and they are playing dumb too. I WILL NOT LET THESE PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH THIS

I talk to Mr Larry Young on the 8th of Dec.and told that i needed a renter car for the 14th of Dec.so he told me to go get a Walmart money card and put 350 dollars on it, that will take care 100 dollars for 4 days and 250 for security deposit . I call my friend in Indianapolis to ask her to wised me 200 hundred dollars because i already had the 150 dollars. so on the 10th of Dec. i went to Walmart and got the Walmart money card and i got the money altogether and put it on the money card.So he ask me do we want to bring the car to us and we said yes, so he said that the car will be and the home at 8 a to 8:30 a.m we waited waited no car so we call and talk to a Mr Mark Doris at 844-780-7010 and he told us that the car was cancel because we was supported to put 355 dollars on the money card so that why the car wasn't there,Mr Mark told ask to go get an American express card and put 355 dollars on it now I'm getting very upset,so i ask why we cant just go up to Walmart and add 5 dollars on the card,so he us that we had to start over and we didn't have an extra 355 dollars so we ask him to put our money back on the card please and he that it will be back in 24 to 48 hrs so i call him Monday morning and he hung up on me and my friend i'm Mississippi called him also and he hung up him as well, so that when i had might some calls for help. Got beat out of 350 dollars still didn't get a car from him.

The same just happened to me. Where did your find this guys number? I found it on Priceline.com - I will not let this guy get away with it. The company I selected for my Rental was KYTE. Is this the same company you tried to use?
