I was contacted stating I had a law suit pending against me with Bank of America (Which I've never had) in the amount of $15,972.00. "Wilson Taylor" (The Attorney Representing the case) stated that I have to make the payment in total before the court date or else my wages and property will be garnished. They gave my full information including SSN, Birthday, Work Address ,Home Address, SAFE Credit Union financial loan information and outstanding bill information. I declined to give them any payment so they said they'll continue with the Law Suit and I'll be getting a court appearance date then hung up on me.

The scammer tried to notify me through voicemail that there was an unbeknownst court case against me and the documents that were supposed to be served to me and were returned. They stated I needed to call this binder above to rectify the situation.
