We purchased a 2024 Toyota Sienna in June; it came with 3 years of Toyota Care (we bought everything directly from the dealer). Since then, we have been inundated with postcards (this particular one) and letters informing us that we HAVE to call them by the end of July to have our vehicle service protection updated or our warranty extended. Our car isn't even a month old. What's fishy is that there are no addresses or websites, just a phone number always 888 or 800, and no email or other contact information. We're finding it a nuisance, but I'm sure there are a lot of folks out there who do get taken in by these scams. They have our VIN information, which is annoying. Its very spammy and scammy.
