They called my mom, my sister and my uncle all weren’t given any time to answer went straight to voicemail saying that I am being sued and if I don’t call them back that the legal proceedings will proceed, if it’s a legal issue they should call me directly but they never have, they’ve harassed my family yet never called me.

Person called my moms from an unknown number looking for me stating they were suing me and needed to send me legal docs. Gave her phone # and case #. Then the same people called my work and gave them same info- but this time including business name of A-1 Processing. I called the # given and someone picked up on 1 st ring- I asked who is this and what do you want? They refused to give me info- then put me on hold. While I was on hold for about 6-7 mins I heard someone talking- so I said who is this and why are you calling for me- what's this about and the lady said you called me and put me on hold to see if I can get an extension. I said what are you talking about- she then repeated- then we realized that our lines got tied in with each other- she was on hold with the same company- they were trying to get her to pay $1800 for a 10 yr old debt- she stated that she told them that she could get the paperwork to prove thatt the debt was satisfied 10 yrs ago- but needed an extension. So while I was talking with this lady - who also lived in Tn- Crossville- I decided to Google the telephone # and thats when it had already been posted about the collection agency scam from the same phone #. I have absolutely no debt and knew something wasn't right - I spoke with that lady for 10 mins and the scammers still hadn't picked the line back up. The lady was glad that our phone lines got tied in- casue if she couldn't find her proof- she was going to pay them. I told her not to- not to fall victim to them. She was releived- Then I hung up. If any one calls you from this 18887648859 - just know its a scam and please don't fall for it.
