On November 20th our refridgerator broke, my husban contacted the above number and requested service. He was told a service call would cost 70.00. On Nov. 21st, a repair man came to our home. (My husband was working.) My husband had unplugged the broken refridgerator and the "repair" man said that he couldn't do anything because it ws unplugged. That made little sense to me. He did not look at anything and said I owe him 90.00 and he would come back in 24 hours. He was literally in my kitchen 2 min and started talking very quickly, was rude and I told him to stop talking to me that way. He picked up his bag and left very agitated. Of course I was shocked and frustrated, calle my husband and got the number for the company that sent him. The office directed me to a man named "alex" who picked up the phone and refused to spek with me, tell me who he was, and said he didn't like my "tone." He then hung up.

FYI. My husband in the meantime called another service department, they came out and said it didn't matter that the refridgerator was unplugged and fixed it in 10 minutes for 287.00.

Please investigate this company.
