I ordered this product over a month ago and the vendor has not shipped it, but provides a pre shipment tracking number (in pre shipment for over a month as well). When the vendor was contacted 3-4 times they continued to promise it was to be sent that week (over the course of the month) until today he admitted there was no lead time or any info to provide about my purchase after saying it should be shipped and not returning my previous call to update me with this info
