I ordered a purse and paid for it but never received it. They sent a FedEx tracking number to FedEx but it was not mine. According to FedEx it was not my name or address on the package. I emailed them but email came back and their website doesn't work. No answer on phone number. This company is a scam.

I purchased a pair of shoes from amonkeystore.com and never received a confirmation email or tracking number for my purchase. I tried to call the number listed on the website and it was not in service, I looked up the address listed and it was for a residential home in Columbus GA. I then googled reviews for the site and seen that someone else experienced the same thing. I then contacted PayPal to dispute and they reached out to the seller and the seller then gave them a fedex tracking number supposedly for my order but when I tracked the shipment it said it had been delivered the day before and signed for by someone that I have never heard of in my life, it was a random tracking number just to pacify PayPal. Then I contacted PayPal and the guy did some more research and found out that the tracking number was indeed a tracking number for someone else, the seller was shipping from overseas and it said the package was delivered to me in Florida from overseas in 3 days, not possible, also that the package was 12lbs which isn't correct due to the item I purchased only being like 1-2 lbs. PayPal agreed it was fraud and the tracking number was not for my purchase and thankfully refunded my money.
