I own a business and had a Knoxville based cell phone number call my business line on 2 different occasions. Each call they wanted to reemberse me for credit card fees from my credit card processing company. I had only recently switched companies and the months they told me we were over billed for, we had both companies active. I asked which company they needed the statements from and the man on the phone became flustered and told me he would call me back with the info. Shortly after I called the number back and it was disconnected. They used the company name "Main Street Services.
