worker misclassification employer totally tricked me into 1099 I wasn't aware of. Employer paying 120 a day and shifts are 8 to 10 hours long and most times longer we work for PC Richards doing installations and delivery's there are lots of incentives and extras that we work hard for and my employer will not pay us for the work that's being done he stats that we need to get an LLC to start recieving this extras such as removals, door reversals, LP conversions, and other side work. Drivers and installers are not compensated and receive same wages as an helper with no knowledge or tools. Ive recently ran into another local company Tempco out of Bloomfield Connecticut and had a chat with them and they said sounds like my boss is scamimg us because they don't need an LLC they just work for their employer in a week they gross 2500 but get paid every two weeks and usually receive around 5k drivers receive a little extra in wages and to install, all extra work they can see it in their checks
