I answered ad on *** *** for a pool liner replacement. He came to my house his business was named ** *** *** *** ***. I made a check out to him personally not the business for $2300.00 He said he would order the liner and third week of April come back and install the liner. I texted him and he kept putting me off over and over again. I have found out since this man is a career criminal from the Police in ***. He has scammed at least 16 other people that I know of. He has a partner a woman who he has people pay the "manufacturer" for the delivery 180.00 however according to *** the money was sent to this woman and *** *** refunded my $180.00 but I am still out 2300.00. Now my pool is getting damaged because I have no liner now I have no money to get it fixed by a reputable business.
