Contractor took $3,500 deposit for home improvements to my house in July 2024 and have been reaching out since and the very few times I could actually reach him I have been given numerous excuses, been told he would give a refund only to be another excuse and no communication.

hired this company to cut down and remove a tree. it was sup[posed to be done in one day, stump was supposed to be cut, lawn was supposed to be repaired. i paid in full ahead of time. they cut the tree down, left the stump at 3 foot tall. left the yard with a lot of damage. i had to hire another company to come in and remove the stump and repair the lawn. jason, the owner constantly ignored my calls and texts, when he actually did respond it was nothing but lies.
