1. Answering all incoming calls and forwarding/call queuing as required
2. Dealing with basic customer questions about our services
3. General customer service call to both existing and cancelled customers
4. Assisting Accountant staff with duties as assigned
5. Assisting Support department with duties as assigned
6. Assisting Management as required

So, I need an assistant to handle dealings for me on the home front when away on business which is habitually quite often. I need someone who can be able to reply to Emails in a prompt manner.
This is just an explanatory message, as time goes on we should be able to arrange a proper meeting upon my arrival. I do have a number of things you could help me with this week if you will be within reach for me. If you're interested in the offer, this could act as a good start to our working consanguinity.

Several years ago I replied to a Craigslist job posting but was gullible back then to keep emailing him or her. He/she said the same kind of thing to me and ended up telling me that he was going to advance me my first week's wage by sending me a money order b/c he was not going to be in the country and he needed me to run errands for him. He sent me the money order but I did not cash it and reported it to you and Craigslist, etc.
I have not gotten to that point with this particular person today, and will not contact them anymore.
Please look into this b/c I have job searched off and on for over years and no one ever asks me if I have a bank account and plus he talks way too much, especially about where he does business, etc.
