Placed an order for $106 through PayPal on 6/10/16 for two pair of sunglasses, called on 6/20/16 to get status of order was told order had not been placed "was overlooked" would process and give discount $2.65 for delay in order. 6/27/16 received ONE pair of sunglasses, called about refund would not refund entire amount of second pair, spoke with Shannon a "Manager" and she said they could not refund entire amount they were out of stock and had to charge me shipping for an item I never received.
