I called and made an appt on 11/29/23 to get our fireplace/chimney inspection to make sure it was safe and get it cleaned. He checked it out and put some numbers down on his iPhone and said it would cost $200 to clean the bottom and then $500 to clean all the way to the top of the chimney. He also not cleaned the bottom with a shop vacuum. He sealed a couple cracks at the bottom of the fireplace and attached someone to the fire place door the helps it open and close. He never cleaned the top of the chimney or even inspected the top of the chimney and never got on the roof. He basically cleaned the fireplace with a shop vac. The day before when I made the appt I asked if I could used a credit card and the lady said yes. When “ray” was done he told me I would have to use Zelle. No credit cards and he also said it was now $1000.00. He was here for 30 mins and basically vacuumed the fireplace and sealed some cracks and around the gas line inside the fireplace. Never cleaned all the way to the top. He made some fake phone calls to his “boss” and said ok I Cj’s get it down to $700 and I said you don’t even get on the roof and inspect the top and clean. He then did another fake phone call and said he could get it done to $500 but only Zelle. I was so taken back and wanted him out of my house and was so uncomfortable. I’ve called the business 2 times to speak to a manager or owner and they keep telling me “Jordan” will call me right back. No phone call back
