The owner of this "company" posts fake reviews on home improvement sites so you trust his company. When you call him, he will give you a quote. He will keep in contact. Once you're ready, he will gladly set you up with a contract for work. He will collect a down payment (a few hundred dollars) After he receives this payment you will never receive an answer, a call back or any work done. He is committing fraud. I know of another woman he did something very similar to.
