took 900.to redue my student loan debt based on my income that was three months ago an still havent seen any paper work ,have sent a letter to ca ag an they say cant do anything until they have a lot of complaints.Recieved an email yesterday with a tracking number on it checked an found out it falls.

A promise to assist with getting student loan relief. Everything is done on the phone and online. You first speak with a representative to assess your needs and then they will email you the payment schedule. You are then transferred to an enrollment counselor who then quickly tries to explain their services, obtains your email address and then sends an enrollment form that has your bank account info on it. There are three payments to come out of that account in the amount of $300. The counselor explains that you will receive a copy of the documents in the mail before a certain date and if you need an extension on the date the monies will be taken out, to just contact them and it can be changed. Needless to say, I never received a copy of the documents in the mail before the date to take the money out so I could not request an extension. I tried to speak with the counselor on the thursday before the money was supposed to be taken and left a message for a return call that never came. So I took it upon myself to contact my bank an request they block the payment. I was informed that they would do so but not to be alarmed if I see the transaction attempt on my account. I did see where A1 doc prep did attempt to get my money and on the next day, the transaction attempt was removed. These places are deceitful and prey on the desperate. I think there should be a stop to this. Especially when arrangements can be made by the consumer themselves at no cost!
